Deployment and upgrade checklist

• Pin source, compiler settings, libraries, implementation bytecode, and generated reference digest.
• Verify constructors, initializers, immutable bindings, proxy ownership, authority pointers, and populated storage compatibility.
• For EIP-7702 wallets, verify the delegated implementation bytecode, AccountCore and keeper-registry immutables, nonce-skew limit, registry owner, and each EOA's live delegation before accepting wallet-domain signatures.
• Record every component, role, asset, Engine, market ID, route, updater, keeper, fee collector, and risk/fee parameter.
• Exercise custody, trading, funding, margin, liquidation, upgrade, pause, and recovery behavior.
• Reconcile expected state and emitted events at a fixed verification block.
• Store receipts, code hashes, getter evidence, reviewer, and verification time in the deployment manifest.

The checklist establishes acceptance evidence; it is not a production mutation runbook.
