Spot deployment

SpotRouter coordinates deterministic market deployment and registry state. SpotEngine holds immutable market configuration. Each OrderBook proxy owns matching, passive-band, and hook state while settling through AccountCore.

Deployment acceptance must verify token configuration, base/quote precision, tick and lot rules, notional limits, fee settings, router/engine/authority pointers, proxy ownership, AccountCore market verification, and every intended pause/recovery path. A deterministic address calculation or test fixture is not deployment evidence.
