Errors and failure modes

Failures can originate in authorization, account identity, token/market configuration, pause state, matching, reserve or fee settlement, margin/health checks, stale prices, packed decoding, hooks, routes, or downstream custody/risk calls. Atomic call paths revert their preceding local mutations when a downstream check fails.

Function pages list expected error families rather than pretending every state-dependent internal revert can be assigned to one call statically.
